tergantung, kalo BB kamu ga terlalu jauh dari kata "ideal" bisa langsung wo aja untuk ngebentuk badan biar ga gelambir, tp kalo masih jauh dari kata ideal, mendingan cardio dulu, kalo udh turun, baru wo.
