Took a nice vacation out to the rocky mountains, plenty of hiking and outdoors, but ate like a 🐖 thanks to the excellent cooking of my professionally trained chef friend. Took a break from carefully tracking, drank plenty, and ate well more than I needed to. Time to make a solid meal plan for the rest of the week and get back into cardio training once I'm caught up with work.
