hey everybody i am sorry i have not been writing i have been in the hospital since friday i had a blood clot in my chest and it felt as if i had a heart attack...SMH but i am doing a little better...Really trying to make it...i haven't been working out and the doctor recommended i eat something and stop my fast so did eat soup lol...but if you all can just pray for me please
