I didn't measure all my food today, but had roast chicken and red peppers and hellman's for lunch; coffee and whipping cream,..later I had hmmm tea and splenda and cream and a Atkins advantage and goodness, what did I eat for supper?
Anyhow, had 8x14 ounces of water and tonight I am 157.5...that's what I started with this morning. I am SO going to drink a lot of water tomorrow!!!!

Hi,we have almost similiar goals.Do you want to be my buddy?I mean a buddy for everyday interaction.I lose focus real fast.But I managed to lose 34pounds with Atkins before.Now I hope to come down to 110pounds.Don't be misguided by my ticker.Its showing my short term goal progress.
