Udah turun 6kg an selama hampir 3 bulan sama lingkar pinggang dari 89.3 ke 83.5 ( diukur waktu pagi hari/belum makan) tapi kata pacar sy gaada bedanya dan sy ngerasa pipi belum tirusan -,- btw saya defisit kalori tp baru make fs 1 minggu ini.
