Whoo Hoo! I made I lovely discovery while cleaning some things out yesterday! Before I found fatsercret I wrote everything down in a paper journal. SO here is what I found Date: 8/16/2010 194 lbs,and then was what I ate and so on. That means I have lost 20 lbs in a little over 2 months, and 10 of those have came off in the last 2 weeks (since starting the atkins). That really gave me some much needed encouragement!
