Did rather well today..
But really need to figure out how to eat more often at work.. this getting there at 10 and not eating til 5 has got to go away.. just don't have the time.. seems funny because its a restaurant but even when I bring my own food there is just not the time to stop and eat. my body will not shed this fat if I don't eat more often. :o( But my running is good and workouts are good. really hoping to put on some size in the next few months while cutting layers of fat off. Wish me luck as I pull out the INSANITY dvds once more and TURN IT UP!!!
