Hi Kit. I saw your journal and mention of Hip Hop Abs. I saw that and considered buying it. What do you think? How long is each workout?

Hi there....Yes!!! Most definitely must buy! It's an amazing and not too hard workout. The first week the workouts are about 25 to 30 minutes, then the rest of the 3 weeks is a combination of 2 cd's, less than an hour. I've done the first month. Going on my second 4 weeks of the program. It's a must have. Good luck!
