Hi there....Yes!!! Most definitely must buy! It's an amazing and not too hard workout. The first week the workouts are about 25 to 30 minutes, then the rest of the 3 weeks is a combination of 2 cd's, less than an hour. I've done the first month. Going on my second 4 weeks of the program. It's a must have. Good luck!
