Yesterday I weighed before I went to the gym and I was at 147, Then I weighed again after my workout and I was 145, LOL. WOW, serious work out to lose 2 lbs in 1.5 hours. But I haven't weighed today to see where I'm at now, but I'm not putting the 145 down unless I see it on the scales again today. I have faced the harsh reality that ya just don't burn as many calories as ya use to once you lose a lot of weight. So looks like my work out is going to have to take another drastic turn in to "kick arse" land in order for me to get the last 7-10 lbs off. But oh well, I'm up for it! LOL... I would much rather go up on my exercise than have to go down any more on my calorie intake, LOL. Wish me luck for the rest of the week full of "OMG" work outs.
