If you want something really special, go the extra mile and roast your vegetables in an oven then add to the broth.

that soup looks delicious, I cook my noodles separately and add just what I want in my soup....yours looks so yummy!

Thanks! Antonyk55 I will give roasting the veggies a try. I’m new to cooking. How long in the oven and do I use olive oil?

Sweet_Marie Cooking the noodle separately is a great idea for portions. I always want less noodles than my husband. Also, the noodles will stay whole better!
