NOT A BAD WEEK WITH 0.6 Kgs LOST, THAT MAKE A TOTAL OF 5.9 kGS (13 lBS) TO DATE. GOING AWAY THIS WEEKEND AND WILL BE PARTAKING OF SOME ALCOHOL SO HOPEFULY THIS WILL NOT HAVE TOO MUCH EFFECT ON MY WEIGHT LOSS EFFORTS.
