I had a mostly liquid breakfast (I bought the Nutriblast last night) and mixed myself a concoction. The trouble is I'm starving again! I had more carbs in one sitting that I usually have (10, as opposed 3-4), even if they are nutrient dense carbs. I feel I'll have to head downstairs to the corner store and pick up a snack or I won't make it through the morning. That's one thing that my high fat, high protein diet kept me safe from: uncomfortable and distracting hunger pangs.

While I want to keep on having my vegetable mix every day (I can only gain from better health), I may have to move the drink to the end of the day when I don't need to feel as satiated.
