It's 11am, working from home and Gosh am I feeling hungry! Still currently eating once a day and cannot wait to eat dinner. Debating if I should splurge tonight and have a taco salad (spinach, quinoa with taco seasoning, refried beans,and salsa) or a regular salad (Spinach, Broccoli,and cucumber dressing) Cannot make up my mind, have been doing so good! Wish me luck for these next couple hours!

Eating once a day is bad. Your body needs energy. When you eat only once a day, your body is going to say I need to store energy to keep me alive so let's slow down the metabolism and store fat for energy. Plus your hunger through out the day is going to eventually get the best of you and cause you to overeat. Eat 5 small healthy meals a day. About 30 carbs snacks and 45 to 60 carbs per meal. A healthy Breakfast, 2 hours later a healthy snack, 2 hours later a healthy lunch, 2 hours later a healthy snack, 2 hours later a healthy dinner. Throw in 30 minutes of walking at least 3 times a week and watch the pounds drop off 1 by 1.
