So I havn't been on here in awhile. But my goal for the end of October is to be 6 pounds lighter. I'm hoping I can do this. By working out for 1.5 hours a day everyday. And making sure I drink 2 liters of water a day. As well as having 5 a day of fruits and veggies. LOW FAT AND CARBS. HIGH PROTIEN AND FIBER!!!
