yesterday... was not so good. i thought i was doing really well, and i was, until i snacked to high heaven. and the worst part about it is that i didn't even REALIZE that i was until i was getting into bed. granted, i did drink two whole things of water, which is my goal. but i had rice krispie treat, and reeses, and warm delights, AND i made a healthy dinner.
actually, i kind of made it up... i put cut up chicken breast into a pan on the stove (with pam) and then i threw some canned whole potatoes in put some cauliflower in there too cut up some tomato and put that in and sprinkled a little mozzerella cheese on top. it was REALLY good, actually and only about 4 points for a huge serving. maybe i should put it on the cookbook? haha. i was proud of myself for eating healthily, but then i over treated myself with goodies after dinner because i wasn't full. i should have just let it go at that and walked away, but i couldnt. i need to work on that. however, today is a new day! and today i will exercise with christine because it's thursday. and i will feel good and eat healthy all day long! GO ME.
