Did very bad yesterday.
went to the movies. thought i wouldn't have any popcorn.
but then i stuck my hand in the bucket, once.
twice,
repeat, etc.
in total ate about 5 cups.
ok.
still learning.
but seriously!! movie without popcorn??? that's tough!

Yes, a movie without popcorn is tough but it will be easier if you remember why you aren't eating the popcorn. You can sneak in Atkins friendly food though you can't crunch veggies in a movie - LOL - but you could have a cheese string, or even try an Atkins bar. A lot of people don't recommend the bars as they cause stalls in some people but you could try one as a treat the next time you do a movie. Also you are still getting used to this WOE (way of eating) so don't beat yourself up too much. One handful is probably okay! Good luck.

I went to a movie yesterday too, but fortunately I had just had a 1-lb new york steak and there was no way I could have stomached popcorn (which my hubby bought anyway... the super large one that gets a free refill no less!)

I have the same problem, but have opted to have it without the butter added. Plus my husband eats most of it, so he's kinda my human diet control.
