I'm sure happy that my weight loss stall seems to have come to an end. I want to get to 150 lbs and then will re-evaluate and set a new goal. Ideally, I'd like to be 135 lbs, but haven't been below 147 in about 10 years, the first time I did Atkins. My feet are much better and I'd like to start running again and maybe do some 5K runs.
