Add a poached egg to leftover Mushroom Barley Risotto and it makes a great breakfast @newnamewhodis !!

Sk, I just saw this! What an amazing way to re-use that healthy risotto for breakfast. I think an egg would pair quite nicely with that. Lovely 💖
