On July 1st of this year I weighed at 96.5 kilos and today a little more than one month later I'm 93 kilos. It's a great feeling even if it's not a chunk of weight. I'm taking it one pace at a time. I'm so glad I found this site so I can check on my RDI. It's been really helpful. I try to workout as much as I can, a good week 6 times and a bad week 3 times. So it's not like I'm constantly sitting on my ass all day. I'm moving. I think that's one the most important factor, to move around!
Now, I'm working on the carbs. It's still too high. I've been saving some low carb recipes I found here so I'm going to try a few new things this weekend.
