昨下午开始,就很饿,吃了几口中午的剩菜,临睡前,饿到翻来覆去睡不着。早上起来还是饿到心慌慌,心里极度渴望碳水,面条包子油条馒头饺子面包蛋糕……真想痛快的满足一下自己,想着这两个月的坚持,这点果实可是经不住折腾的,一个放纵就回去了,后悔可来不及啊呜呜呜
