Still walkin around with the "carb flu" but it uaually eases up as the day goes on..just the mornings .its like waking up with a damn hangover lol..Over all Im sleeping better and My skin looks clear n healthier .Im doing cardio kickboxing LOVIN IT! Happy with my progress with Atkins this time around (just keep the health roadblocks away 4 ever)
