I’ve been avoiding weigh myself ever since I started this journey two weeks back. I have however been tracking my weight with a pair of jeans. When I started the Jean wouldn’t go up passed my bum, however that was not the case today, it went passed! Now I’m working towards it fitting comfortably!

that is how I tracked my weight the first week aswell because my scale was broken. payday came and I bought me a scale. lost 2,5 so far. it's amazing how 2 kg can make such a difference in how your jeans fit.

i am also now focusing on the centimeters rather than the scale.... will only weigh in once in a while.... but for now i am still keeping track of my calories and staying active and lots water and so far it ferls like it is working great... since my pants are getting too big now.... 😁
