Really aggrivated today. I have dropped myself 500 calories a day below what FS says is my RDI to lose one pound a week, I didn't get a chance to work out yesterday at all, but stayed under my daily intake. By the mumbers this means I should be losing around 2lbs./week, but instead I gained a pound yesterday. Today wasn't my normal weigh day, I was just curious. I think the numbers are off.
