我係減醣飲食+168斷食再配合埋運動。將每日醣類攝取控制係5-6份同埋將醣類食物即係澱粉同水果都放係早餐食, 午餐就食菜同蛋白質, 蛋白質都好重要可以幫助燃脂, 晚餐就skip
