Here in a few moments I'll be off to get some much needed exercise in. It feels good to be active again, and not just sitting around on my behind all day long. I can't wait until I can wear the clothes I wore last year again, or better yet, fit into some I haven't been able to wear since high school. I had a dream the other night...guess I had lost all my weight....man I looked good! Reach for the stars baby!
