I'm surprised that my weight did not go up after lastnight's carb binge. I knew what I was doing and I don't feel guilty about giving myself leave to have a treat once in a while, but I also expected to put on water weight as well. I guess I still haven,t lost the water retention from this weekend. Will need to start working extra hard now.
