Bahan: Beef short plate 100g,Gochujang,Kikkoman saus bulgogi,garam,lada hitam/ putih, sma lalapan terserah , bawang bombay Cara bikin : Dimarinasi dlu dagingnya pake gochujang 2 sdm saus bulgogi 2 sdm garam dan lada hitam secukupnya diemin 15 menit lah di kulkas, trus panasin teflon (aku gk pake butter soalnya yg beef short plate dia ada lemaknya jadi gk lengket),tinggal masukin daging yg tadi klo dah set mateng masukin irisan bawang bombay masak smpek mateng dah jadi. Makananku gk bisa selalu bersih harus ada yg kyk gini biar gak stress😂
