HAHAH!! well it's been verified - both my feet are broken! Left foot my 2nd and 3rd metasarsal... on right foot its my 3rd only. When it rains it pours. Ahh well, Doc said to use tensers for a week (opposed to casts) and see if it helps, if so I'll wear them for 4 - 6 weeks. I'll see him again next thursday and discuss how it's going. I should get away with the tenser on right foot for sure... may need walking cast on left, but again will see.
Now if I don't want to get up and do something and I get the sarcastic question "what... are your feet broken?" I can say YES!

btw.. I'm not happy about it - but I find it easier to laugh about the situation than cry.

Oh no!!! Sorry to hear about your feet. Did the doc say it was caused by stress from certain exercise? Do what you need to do to heal them well and then you can get back to your fitness program. In the meantime, keep eating clean and healthy and keep positive. I'm rootin' for you!

It was the walking on the pavement without the proper shoes. There was no cushioning the blows. I also have Vitamin D and Calcium deficiency (lactose intolerant) so need to take supplements.
I'm going to grab some good athletic shoes this weekend from my favorite Plus size womens clothing store :)
I'm still going to the gym, will just forgo the standing cardio excercises and use the stationary bike instead. Will keep my weight routine, but skip the calf press (as I need to stand on tip toes and down for that one), mule kick and Sled machine.

obviously I also have to stop my walking... I'm only walking to get to work (getting off AT my stop now instead of 1 - 3 km back), and get around the office.
