Oh gt ya,,sy kebetulan memang ada asam lambung berlebih,,sy disarankan konsumsi tepung ini dengan dibuat bubur dan madu utk membantu lambung,,selama ini lumayan membantu walau kadang masih terasa asam lambung sy..
Kalau baca di kemasan kalori nya lumayan besar..ay lg weight gain, jd sy konsumsi ini utk weight gain dan terapi asam lambung..
