Plugging along mostly at 1200 calories. Trying to get 25grams of fiber in a day and have found chia seeds and flaxseeds to be helpful . Raspberries are also high in fiber. I can not eat gluten or soy. 50 and under my weight was not an issue. But it’s harder at 61!!
