I’m so happy with this!!🌞 With an egg and cheese base / crust.. and my usual toppings... this WHOLE pizza has less calories than just 3 slices of Dominos pizza! (I dropped the dry basil so it kinda poured out 😖) However was DELICIOUS! 550 calories! 🌸

I write down all my meals so I know what sort of things I like to make with the ingredients. Makes life easier!

Hey red! Sure! For two portions I would double the ingredients because this was just enough for one pizza. But I used 2 eggs and 75g of grated mature cheddar cheese. Mix well until it looks like a cheesy omelette batter.. then you can pour into any shape tin, I had a short circular glass tray that turned out ideal. (If doubling the mixture make sure to have two separate tins!). I cooked in pre-heated oven at 200C for roughly 20 mins but just keep an eye out. Once it’s a nice golden brown colour and firm to touch then take it out and let it set for a couple mins. Add whatever toppings you like and back in the oven until your happy with how cooked you want the toppings. Using mozzarella I found 15 mins worked fine for me. (I don’t have the best of ovens so just keep an eye out incase it cooks quicker for you 🙂) hope you enjoy!!
