Have you tried cracking the egg into a cup lined with cling film? You then twist the cling film top so it’s sealed then drop into the boiling water keeps the egg together and not watery

Can I give you a suggestion? Add plenty vinegar and sal to your water. Once it boils crack your eggs and reduce the heat. The vinegar will keep the whites firm and fresh eggs are best for poching as well 😉😘
