Woke at 226.6, down .5 from yesterday. Not much of a drop but going in the right direction for the first time in a few days. Started with HIIT spinning for 30 minutes, and then water and black coffee. UPDATE: Had some good water movement today and got down to 226.3 at 5 pm, despite a large lunch. Looks like leftover brisket for dinner!
