I've lost 4 pounds since last saturday! I'm shocked. I know my start weight says 160 but the last time I weighed myself it was actually 162 exactly. I was expecting to only lose 1-2. I didn't realize I was eating THAT much junk food. Yikes.
Went to the gym today. Did about 45 mins of cardio. :)
Now I need to go run some errands!
