睡前喝了一大杯水,早晨起来感觉腹胀,已经三四天没有大号了,怎么办

可以吃点香蕉,我之前因为没吃米饭,一直也有点便秘,后来每天早上一杯蜂蜜水,然后白天在吃一个香蕉,差不多就正常了
