I'm looking for a good challenge! I want to lose about 5 lbs for now and feel better! The thing with me is though, i WANT to lose that 5 lbs this week, not over time. I really would like a buddy or 2 on here to be accountable with. I am just starting to eat "South Beachy" today and want to keep it up for however long it takes, knowing its probably going to be longer than 1 week. Anyone out there looking to have a partner to help make it to end goal?!
