Nice Drop. Down 105. Tougher to stay on track without keeping a LAWL diary. Plus, I've been traveling like a mad man. NC twice last week, Dallas this weekend. I know I was shooting to lose 120 total, but I'm pretty content with where I'm at. I've got little more to prove. Plus, I really want to transition into maintenance so I can do something new again. Running a 5k with my wife on 10/4. Goal is to break 40 minutes, maybe 35 if I push it. I can't wait to get that T-Shirt.
