It's got cucumber, potatoes, radishes, and onions and the base is just water, sour cream, greek yogurt, and dill. I topped it with a boiled egg :)

Made this today with the recipe off of natashaskitchen.com. It was good! I totally forgot to get radishes - even though they weren't called for in the recipe I used, I think they would be perfect in there.
