I feel like I have gained 6 lbs since Covid-19, but my scales disagree. Hmmm, think I'm going to get into losing weight mode anyway and see if its maybe my scales! Now that it's spring and gardening season I'm hoping to at least turn belly fat into muscle, but also going back to the treadmill! Sounds crazy when I see so many people walking past our house who I don't even know, and we're a small town, but I have allergies galore so need to stick to the treadmill. Hoping next week at this time I can show you all an improvement!!
