Ok that's what I like to see: The scale go to a lesser number! AND I feel good! I was getting discouraged BUT I know I'm doing everything correct, just should exercise more, but hey I'm still feeling good and keeping true to me & my plan :-) Ohhhhh weekends are tough, especially passing by a new cute little Italian restaurant. I went in to get a take out menu for a friend BUT I will stay true to my plan and get down where I need to be. I'm not saying I will give up good Italian food forever, (I am from French / Italian parents after all!) but for now it will be off my plan, for now..... I think knowing that I don't have to give up everything forever helps me keep true. I know that I will make better choices in the future because of this and I will think about it before I eat mindlessly. I really don't care about pies, cakes, sugary stuff, so why bother eating it just because it is there or someone offers it. I would rather use those calories toward a good pasta dish with nice warm Italian bread dipped in olive oil seasoned with herbs & garlic! OK, enough of that talk! Did the Fast-5 plan again today. It was a little tough since I had to work in the machine shop again. But I seem satisfied. I'm going to make a nice cup of Jasmine tea now and savor it. :-)
