So didn't go to gym yesterday (doctors orders LOL - well, nurses orders) since I donated blood.

But holy moley I was literally STARVING when I got home and ate 5 homemade tacos (over a 2 hour period). Then also drank about another quart of water, then crashed for 10 hours straight.

So this morning I'm back to my normal self - got in my 3k walk :) And hitting the gym after work.

Was in a rush to get out of the house and don't have breakfast... gonna have to wander and see what I can find. Already planning my "Japanese Chicken noodle soup" without the "noodles" for lunch :) YUM!
