Oooh dear, someone got a wee bit complacent, back to the diet me thinks. Going to try some metabolism confusion? Not sure it will work but sounds as good as any. Can't drop calories too low as I can't run (although that is pretty poor just now too). So off to do some more research and menu planning around what I have in. Any advice/recipes are more than welcome. Stay safe all. Xx
