In starting the 5% challenge I need to lose 10.75 pounds during the first four weeks. I am also participating in the 5:2 challenge and have decided that this week my fasting days will be Tuesday and Saturday. SO EXCITED to have a plan; I do have to adjust to indoor exercise this week due to heat wave, but that's okay!
