Getting back on track. I am supposed to be getting 25 grams of fiber a day. That is really a lot. I’m finding chia seeds and flax seed to be helpful and not making my carbs and calories too high. It’s tricky to balance. Raspberries oddly enough are high in fiber. I can also eat GF oatmeal.
