He aprendido a celebrar mis pequeñas victorias. Porque esas son las que cuentan! Como cuando vas en la calle y ves el anuncio de la big mac y te dices guau! Sería genial comerme una y luego... Te das cuenta que en realidad no la necesitas. Mi mejor aliada en este viaje he sido yo misma.:D

I have learned to celebrate my small victories. because those are the ones that count! Like when you are walking on the street and you see the big advertising for a big mac and think wow! It would be so good to have one right now and then... You realize you do not need it. My best ally in this journey has been me. :D
