Okayyy, I just registered and am planning to start my diet tomorrow:) For now, I am pretty motivated: I have been eating like a pig for the past few weeks and need to get back on track. I will try to report on what I'm eating and/or how I feel everyday. I think this will help me stick to my diet and achieve my goal. Don't hesitate to comment on my journal entries !! I need to feel your support in this oh-so-difficult task ... I would like to lose 7 kg. I am around 60kg for now and have been gaining weight slowly for the past year (I am 15 lb heavier than last summer !!! ok... maybe I was way too skinny at that time but still... 15 lb is huge). This weight gain is partly due to a hard breakup. I've been compensating the lack of my man by food... How classic ! Now that I'm over him, let's fight this weight and go back to the old thinner me :)
