Didn't get up for my early morning workout this morning, think my body needed the extra rest. I will do Zumba tonight to get some activity in. I'm struggling tho with my portion sizes, I don't know if I'm eating too much or not. I'm working out daily, sometimes twice a day and I have integrated weights so my mind is saying the extra calories are needed, and also I'm HUNGRY. However I think I need to cut my portions in half to be sure that my stomach continues to shrink....I guess if I don't see any movement on the scale then I'll def cut back...
