Iya ya ampuun..Padahal baru 2 minggu Ga olahraga, kmrn2 squat masih Kuat Lah 30 meskipun pelan2, skrg 5 aja..Udah mleyot Paha nya. 😂

Jangkan 2 minggu seminggu aja gak olah raga, pas mulai lagi olahraga badan pasti linu dan sakit
