going ultra low carb to kick start the new weight loss phase and am significantly bumping up my fat consumption by "bulletproofing" my coffee witb butter and coconut oil. seems to be working so far! on a possibly unconnected note, I've had a massive headache these last three or four days... probably thd low barometric pressure outside
