I gave in and had popcorn last night. I had only 3.2 net carbs before I made the batch of popcorn and I was so surprised to see that I could still squeeze in some of this tasty treat and not blow my diet. It tasted sooooo good... and I didn't eat it all. I stopped eating it way before I hit the bottom of the bowl and that was awesome, too! My scale went down this morning so it was a good thing all around. Okay, so I'm not doing that every day, but it's been a month and a half since I've had popcorn and I REALLY missed it. Movie night with the girls just wasn't the same without it and I was able to join them and it made me very happy. I'm getting closer to ONEDERLAND and I can't wait! Woo hoo!!!
